Winning many number of medals and awards of sports in his field career. Now Usain Bolt has been eyeing on the Grammy award.
Usain Bolt a 34 years old Olympian who in 2019 made his first debut as a music producer with the Olympe Rose Riddim. He said that his main goal is to achieve Grammy Award, which would be the most significant thing for him.
Bolt said that from his childhood, his father taught him not to look for the limits, so whatever he wishes, he just went with full confidence. He said that he always loves music and has spent most of the times music during the lockdown.
The world champion and world record holder of 100m and 200m said that he is taking his time to carefully observe and learn the music industry. He says he wants to make right use of music and put some quality work into this industry.
Bolt said during the interview that he had been learning that it was different from what he was used to. So he works with people who understand that a time is a time. He was not one of those people to do something halfway. Artists in Jamaica were not used to correcting them, but that’s one thing he was bringing to the table. He would take from Track and Field and apply it to music.
Usain, after getting featured on Spotify’s Taste playlist, recently talked about his singing with his own artist and owning all the rights.
After the discharge of the Olympe Rosé riddim, which featured dancehall artists Dexta Daps, Munga Honorable, Christopher Martin, Ding Dong, and footballer turned artist Ricardo “Bibi” Gardner, Bolt followed up with another compilation called the ‘Immortal Riddim’ that included tracks from Vybz Kartel, Masicka, Munga Honorable and Christopher Martin.
